〈Betty〉是收錄在專輯《Folklore》裡的歌曲，某天突然仔細聽了它的歌詞覺得很有趣，就決定來翻翻看。不過必須說一下，我覺得 James 真的有點渣，不過他的內心戲還是頗可愛（但不能改變他有點渣的事實啦⋯⋯ Inez 就算喜歡亂說話還是頗可憐欸，枕邊人整個夏天都在想別的女生）

整首曲子最喜歡的部分是最後一次副歌的轉調！有種鼓起勇氣一口氣把想說的話都一吐而出、內心燃起希望的感覺，很可愛！

翻譯筆記：

最難翻的一句是，「A figment of my worst intentions」。「figment」是虛構的、只存在當事人腦中的幻想（當事人相信那是真的）的意思；「worst intensions」 直翻大概是「最糟的意圖」、「惡意」。在滑了一串 reddit 看各方討論詮釋以後，最後決定翻成「我最邪惡的幻想」。

「Will you tell me to go fuck myself」也想了一陣子，本來想翻「你會不會叫我去吃大便」但覺得這口氣好像可愛大於兇，所以後來改成「吃屎」，感覺應該有兇一點吧。
