〈Tolerate It〉收錄在專輯《evermore》。我對這首歌的印象除了 The Eras Tour 那座長桌以及泰勒絲和舞者深刻的表演之外，大概就是演唱會上表姐跟我說，這是整場最難過的歌。我問她怎麼說？她說，你看了歌詞就知道了。

我想整首歌的核心就在「tolerate」這個字裡面，愛情裡對彼此的包容及容忍應該是件美好的事，能展現愛意並帶來滿滿的安全感。然而當對方容忍的是你對他的愛，當你全心愛一個人但他只是包容你時，這段戀情瞬間變得令人心碎。泰勒絲對文字精準的掌握度就顯現在這裡。每次聽還是每次都覺得厲害。

大部分人應該都覺得這首歌多多少少還是在寫 Jake Gyllenhaal 吧（笑）。

翻譯筆記：

單純把「shit」翻成「垃圾」似乎還不夠強烈，畢竟英文的「shit」已經算是輕微髒話等級了，於是也偷偷在譯文加上程度輕微的髒話。

最難翻的是「Gain the weight of you then lose it」這句，一如往常爬了許多粉絲討論串，再加上自己的感覺，最後翻成這樣。
